Caving is a great Outdoor Learning activity which demands everybody in the group to participate fully and support one another. The cave environment presents a level of challenge that helps in the development of leadership and team work. In our experience caving is an activity that enables young people who may struggle in other learning environments to shine through and take on different elements of responsibility throughout the trip. Caving offers a versatile learning environment for all participants.

What to bring?

Adelong provides top quality caving over-suits, helmets and lights. All you need to bring is- old clothes to wear under your suits, wellies, a spare change of clothes for after and a towel to change.
